LOAD-IN OVERVIEW
For load-in, you will need to enter the loading dock by Chartres, located behind the George R. Brown Convention Center. You must park elsewhere after loading in and during the convention. All violators will be towed.
Take Avenida de las Americas North > right on Rusk Street > right on St. Emanuel Street > right on Polk > right on Chartres > using the left lane of Chartres, form line to entrance > left on Walker and proceed to loading area.
Once Exhibitors enter the place you will be provided a parking slip by the loading dock staff. This parking slip must be displayed on vehicle dashboards at all times. Vehicles without visible parking slips will be towed at owner’s expense.
Exhibitors must first go through Hall B and check-in to retrieve their badges before they can begin to load-in. Once Exhibitors are done loading-in in a timely manner, they need to move their vehicles to allow for other Exhibitors to load-in.
Any vehicle without proper identification found will be towed at the owner’s expense.

SECURITY
There will be security screenings for everyone entering the building during show days. Please plan for adequate time for this process.

10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
All Exhibitors must be clear of the building at 10:00 p.m. on Thursday.
FRIDAY
8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
SHOW WEEKEND
FRIDAY
Exhibitor Floor hours: 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
VIP entry is 1:30 p.m.
SATURDAY
Restock hours: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Exhibitor Floor hours: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
VIP entry is at 9:30 a.m.
Security screenings will be used for all bags/packages coming into the building.
SUNDAY
Restock hours: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Exhibitor Floor hours: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
VIP entry is at 9:30 a.m.

LOAD-OUT
Exhibitor load-out happens Sunday at 5:00 p.m. once the show closes. On-site staff will be present on the loading dock to assist with traffic flow.
